How do I unlock the Battle minigame?
Complete the Normal and Hard Coasters in the Minigame Coaster. Those will make the Item and Battle Minigames available for purchase from Woody.
Love this game. Could never beat the final boss though. 😅
Remake makes this version feel unfinished
I disagree. I find that the original TTYD had certain subtleties in its presentation-be it the music, the animation, and the visuals themselves-that didn't quite stick the landing in the remake. But to each their own! This is less a matter of objective reality than it is one of personal taste 😁

I did very well for most of the fight until the very last parts when i ran out of a healing source. I won because of a sleepy sheep that allowed me to just spin jump her for 3 turns in a row lol. I guess i prepared well (even though i was just like "fk it lets just fight the boss" without thinking) still probably the hardest boss in paper mario for me, one of the hardest in the mario series overall. anyways, its time for alot of backtracking. Ive got to collect all star pieces and shine sprites, trouble centre, badge list, tattle log (if possible), and pit of 100 trials. I may have missed some, but yeah thats all km gonna do oretty much. maybe replay thw glitz pit for fun.

Which is now a canon storyline. And it can be done in Dragon Ball Fighter Z and perhaps they made that arc for DBZ Kakarot in DLC by now
@@WilliamDearthwdyes but for me the dbs gogeta fight wasn’t satisfying at all and the one in the opening of the game was way more epic even with 10 sec Like dbs gogeta isn’t the same and ruined all of his dbz mysteriousness and badass by smiling all the fight, kidding with frieza, talking with multiple characters (while every other fusion or newly transformed characters dont talk to the cast cuz they’re in their 0bubble »). That’s also why i preferee dbs vegito fighting and struggling at 100% Broly Z and Gogeta Z were the two most OP and scary characters, destined to fight

I feel that I’m gonna need a lot of Jelly Ultras, and all the shine sprites and right badges. Also, is there like a pattern to that powerful shadow wave attack? How’d you know exactly when to use the veil move?
When they show the indicator: "Charged, attack power is now boosted," and her body has a brightened aura, which means she's about to release it next turn. Other foes and bosses before this like Hyper Goombas/Clefts, as well as Gloomtail, do the same.
@@WilliamDearthwd Do you need the veil move, or would a piercing blow stop that attack from happening?
@fridaynightfunkinfan5627 You need veil. It can't be stopped from launching unless your previous attack is enough to win the match. You could also use Boo's Sheet to guarantee it to miss.
If you only prefer jumping, then equip Stompman.

this final boss sequence has more sauce than any of the past 3 games combined, so happy it was remade to near perfection even tho I prefer the original music coming back to this was really fun after playing the remake
You can buy a badge from the Badge Shop to make the music original.

Same here, the first boss I actually died on and had some difficulty with. Really enjoy the challenge of this boss compared to the rest of the game which is generally pretty easy

I don't think I will ever beat this game. Seriously why do we have to fight three bosses in a row with no rest or save points? I despise when games do crap like this. I have been on and off with this game because of its absurd difficulty spikes,lack of shops for items and the backtracking because of the aforementioned other two things. Like am expected to keep leaving to restock? That is extremely tedious.
it sure is a tough ending i remember beating it when i was very young and was so annoyed at how tough it was. on top of that the boss design scared tf outta me but i had to see mario whoop that creepy ghost
